USAGE:
3-6ml in water or juice to taste, 3-4 times a day, or every 2 hours as needed. The jigger cup is specially designed so you can easily refill your smaller bottles for cost-effective use and convenience. However, if you would like to use directly from the cup, fill to the first line from the bottom (3mL).
