USAGE:
3mL in water or juice to taste. Repeat in 5 minutes, if needed, for full effect. Use 3-4 times a day. The jigger cup is specially designed so you can easily refill your smaller bottles for cost-effective use and convenience. However, if you would like to use directly from the cup, fill to the first or second line from the bottom (3-6 mL).
